Mortgage.net enables mortgage companies to reach out to existing clients via email (opt-in only) and print and offer multiple loan options and rates, at a fraction of the cost of doing it in-house.

Our streamlined services, capabilities, and affordability leave other mortgage marketing competitors in the dust. All mortgage companies that use direct mail and email in their marketing strategy can benefit from our software. They can use all our services or just the PDF/email generation services to dramatically increase response rates

1to1listings.com enables real estate agents to target renters and property investors, to promote their new, reduced-price listings. Email campaigns can be created in minutes and at a fraction of the cost of creating in-house.

There are no companies in the real estate sector that target renters and or property investors.

The position is commission only, the ideal candidate will have experience in the real estate field, be detail-oriented, and help kick-start our start-up. benefits include equity in startup.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record in driving business expansion and revenue generation.

## Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to meet company objectives

- Lead negotiations with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business opportunities

- Oversee project management of business development initiatives from inception to completion

- Utilize software tools, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, to track and optimize sales performance

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends

- Drive strategic planning processes to align business development efforts with overall company goals

- Utilize Salesforce or similar platforms for pipeline management and reporting

## Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field at a senior management level

- Strong negotiation skills with a successful track record of closing deals and partnerships

- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools

- Excellent understanding of market dynamics and customer needs

- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovative solutions for business growth

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
