Position: Home Office Manager
We seek a proactive, tech-savvy, health-conscious business manager to join our holistic team of wonderful people.

Are you proficient in Google Docs, scheduling, newsletter editing, and design—all within the Mac environment?

Current Responsibilities:
Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, email correspondence, and document organization.
Oversee office and home supply inventory, purchasing, vendor, and bookkeeping management.
Support personal and professional projects, including research, event coordination, producing E-book guides, and logistics planning for eventual project launches.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
Serve as a liaison for external contacts, including DDS, Cabrillo College, Fiscal Management, service providers, and community advocacy/integration.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Primary Qualifications:
Tech-savvy, with proven proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office, Google, and Zoom Workspace, and various social media, video, and audio editing tools.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Mac environment.
Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
BONUS: Experience managing a household or familiarity with disability, diversity, inclusion, stress management, and family scheduling.

Job Details and Requirements:
Part-time approximately 20 to 25 hours a week.
Start Pay: $25 to $30 an hour based on experience.
Letter of interest, resume, and in-person interview.
Life Scan and fingerprint clearance (DDS requirements).
W-2 employment (not a cash-paid position).
Valid driver’s license.
2–3 recent professional references.
