Customer Service/Admin (Part Time)

.Schedule Sunday thru Thursday

.Communicates client family’s needs promptly and accurately to the appropriate staff member

.Conveys a sense of concern and empathy with client family members at all times

.Responds to customer inquiries via telephone, internet and in person

.Processes accounts payable transactions

.Receives and processes payments and contracts (Process cash, check and credit card payments)

.Respond to customer inquiries

.Ability to utilize Word, Excel, 10 key calculator and typewriter

.Strong computer skills

.Data entry with speed and error free

.Self-starter

.Ability to multi-task

.Filing

.Excellent organizational skills and time management

.Attention to detail
