Property management firm located in Campbell specializing in providing professional management to community associations seeking permanent Full -Time Client Services Representative. This position is Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day available immediately.
Description:
Answering phones and resolving issues for all clients and vendors in a professional and kind manner.
Responsible for providing complete and accurate information and service to customers.
Issue work orders and other necessary documentation as needed.
Provide any assistance and support to Property Managers and staff that is needed.
Close coordination is required with the association manager and vendors regarding status and completion of various jobs.
Required Skills/Experience/Education:
Must have the ability to work both independently and in a team setting managing multiple changing priorities.
Must be detailed oriented.
Must be able to handle a high volume and fast paced environments.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary.
Must maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Must have at least 2 to 3 years customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (or other email software) required.
