Responsibilities:
- Contact delinquent customers daily to address past due invoices
- Facilitate payments, product returns, and set future payment commitments in our CRM
- Escalate edge cases to our team for further assistance
- Update customer email addresses and handle miscellaneous call tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience with customer service or call center operations
- Proficiency in using CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

- Pay: $20/hr
- Hours: up to 40 hours per week
