About the Role
We’re seeking a dependable, organized individual to manage front desk and administrative duties in a polished, professional environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and vendors — providing exceptional service and maintaining the smooth operation of daily office activities.
Responsibilities Include:
Greeting all visitors and residents with a courteous, professional demeanor
Answering phones and handling mail and package deliveries
Performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks
Maintaining a professional atmosphere in the reception area
Providing directions and assistance to guests and vendors
Monitoring property surveillance systems
Ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in common areas
Assisting management with other duties as needed
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
Previous front desk, administrative, or hospitality experience preferred
