Dog Walker – Leader of the Pack (San Francisco)
Compensation: $25–$30/hour | Approx. $50–$70K/year (DOE)

Hours: Mon–Fri, approx. 8:30 AM–3:00 PM
Who We Are:
Established dog walking company with over 20 years of service in San Francisco is seeking a passionate, energetic, and reliable full-time Dog Walker to join our team. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to lead the pack, literally.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct 3 daily pack walks (6–8 dogs each group) in assigned neighborhoods
Drive company vehicle to pick up/drop off dogs and transport to off-leash parks
Supervise play, ensure safety, and engage with pups during 1-hour+ park visits
Maintain communication with clients and provide daily updates
Keep company van clean and sanitary
Take and share photos/videos for social media
Help grow the client base in your local area (materials provided)
What You Need:
Must live in San Francisco (no bridge commuters)
Valid California Driver’s License, clean record, and comfort driving large vehicles
Love for dogs and the great outdoors (we walk rain or shine!)
Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
Physical stamina for a full active day
Smartphone and basic tech savviness
Minimum 1-year commitment
Background check required
No experience necessary—paid training provided
