Hillary’s Hound House in San Rafael is looking for a fantastic, kind, reliable and capable assistant to assist with training and care in our daylong puppy school. We have puppies of all ages, sizes, and breeds in our program starting at 8 weeks old.
We work outdoors in the morning and in our air conditioned Nursery the rest of the day. Unless it is raining, we are outdoors every day with the puppies.
Hours: 8:30am - 3pm
Days: Mon through Thursday (4-day week)
Pay: $22-$24/hr DOE
One week paid vacation after you've been with us 6 months, and two weeks paid vacation after one year.
Important Skills:
You can lift a 15 lb puppy and are quick on your feet,
You have great communication skills,
You enjoy a fast-paced environment,
You have reliable transportation and can be on time every day,
You have a good driving record (We transport puppies in our vans each day to designated areas for outdoor training).
