We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Assistant to support our growing event coordination and staffing company. This role helps keep our daily operations running smoothly by responding to inquiries, preparing paperwork for upcoming events, and maintaining communication with clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities include:
Monitor and manage company email and platform inboxes; respond promptly to inquiries
Prepare and send quotes for incoming leads using our pricing templates and guidelines
Communicate with clients regarding event details, confirmations, and follow-ups
Coordinate staff schedules and send correspondence regarding assignments and logistics
Maintain updated records of bookings and staffing
Prepare documents such as contracts, invoices, and event schedules
Support social media or marketing tasks as needed
Research rentals, vendor pricing, and equipment
Communicate with vendors or venues to confirm event requirements
Qualifications:
Friendly, professional, and proactive demeanor
Growth mindset and strong communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency with Google Workspace
Willingness to learn
Schedule & Compensation:
Part-time (8–15 hours per week; potential to increase as we grow)
Flexible weekday availability with occasional weekend check-ins
Hybrid position (in-person in Brentwood or Antioch + remote work)
Monthly stipend plus performance-based bonuses
