Experienced Baker & Pastry Cook – Full-Time
Location: Felton, CA | Start Time: 5:00–6:00 AM
The Grove Café & Bakery is seeking a skilled and passionate Baker/Pastry Cook to join our team full-time. We’re a busy, farm-driven café known for our house-made pastries, laminated doughs, and seasonal baked goods crafted with care and creativity.
What We’re Looking For:
Experienced baker or pastry cook (minimum 2–3 years professional experience)
Must be comfortable working early mornings (start time between 5:00–6:00 AM)
Strong understanding of doughs, mixing, shaping, and baking
Experience with croissant and laminated doughs preferred
Bread experience a plus, but not required
Attention to detail, consistency, and quality in all products
Positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a small team
