Job Title: Chef de Cuisine

Location: French Bistro, Sausalito

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead our kitchen team at our French bistro located in Sausalito. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in French cuisine and have previously worked in a similar role. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food preparation and presentation, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring that the restaurant's recipes and practices are consistently followed.

Responsibilities:

- Manage labor costs and kitchen scheduling

- Control food costs while ensuring quality standards

- Execute and follow restaurant recipes and menus

- Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment

- Lead, train, and develop kitchen staff

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role

- Extensive knowledge of French cuisine and culinary techniques

- Strong leadership and management skills
