Sweetwater Music Hall in Mill Valley is looking for an experienced Chef, Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager and line cooks.

This is a great opportunity to become part of a reopening team that both works hard and has fun together. Sweetwater is a historical music venue with aspirations of creating a great restaurant along side the music.

We take the safety of our customers and staff seriously, and follow all COVID recommended guidelines.

Chef, Sous Chef & Kitchen Manager responsibilities:

Work along side the Executive Chef.

Help with inventory and ordering.

Overseeing staff.

Help with menu preparation.

Provide food quality and freshness by following designated recipes.

Pastry experience a plus.

Good communication skills.

A stable, solid work history.

Compensation starting at $75k

Requirements for Line Cook:

Looking for experience in Brunch items.

Passionate about food.

Comfortable working with organic and sustainable ingredients.

Prior experience in fast paced restaurant environment.

Some proficiency in English will be helpful.

Ability to operate industrial machinery and carry loads up to 40lbs – 50lbs.

A stable, solid work history.

Willingness to work on your feet for 8-hour shifts.

Compensation is $18 to $24 depending on experience.
