We are a vibrant and rapidly expanding Indonesian food catering and QSR known for our authentic, slow-food quality. We believe in the power of food to bring people and communities together and are looking for a talented Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef/Pastry Sous Chef to help us achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist the Founder/Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Develop and test new recipes, contributing to menu innovation
- Maintain a positive and motivated work environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or (Pastry) Sous Chef
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- High initiative and ability to work independently
- Enthusiastic about learning and growing within the company
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Passion for Indonesian/Southeast Asian cuisine is a huge plus!
