We are a community focused brewery, distillery & restaurant located in Fairfield, California. Our kitchen is open daily with a lively menu consisting of innovative pizzas & upscale pub fare that pairs perfectly with our classic & funky brews, kegged cocktails, and seasonal hand-crafted cocktails. DISHWASHER:
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Washing dishes, baking pans, and kitchen utensils by hand. Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area. Take out the trash and recycling, Help receive and put away deliveries. Help with other cleaning duties as needed. Keep general store, bathroom, and outside of the store clean to the best of your ability
FOOD RUNNING:
This position requires you to be the liaison between the kitchen and the front of house. Must be able to memorize and easily recall table numbers and seat numbers, responsible for ensuring the guest has all needed items when delivering food and communicate with service staff to ensure all guests needs are met, communicate with staff (FOH & BOH) and management if there are any issues during your shift, keep your station clean, complete daily side work, be very organized, focused and professional.
