Osmosis Day Spa Sanctuary, a nationally known leader in the sustainable spa world with a down to earth, non-corporate community feel is looking for a P/T Spa Attendant to support the guest experience. Our enthusiastic Guest Services team is friendly, loves to serve our guests and strives to provide the ultimate healing environment. Ideal candidates should have flexibility in their availability, including daytime and evening shifts throughout the week, with the expectation of being scheduled on weekends. The Spa Attendant is not only responsible for ensuring our guests have a smooth transition between services, but also for a wide range of cleaning, stocking, organizing and admin tasks in support of the Guest Services department. The ideal candidate is calm and courteous with the ability to be a caring problem solver who can provide support and efficient service throughout the entire guest experience. Some lifting up to 40 lbs is required along with the ability to walk over uneven ground and spend a large portion of the work shift walking and moving around the property.
Compensation: $16.80 per/hour to start with eligibility for a $.50 increase upon successful completion of 90 day probationary period. Additional compensation includes a monthly service bonus that is dependent on business levels and work hours, and is approximately $5 per hour additional income.
