You will assist the GM with meeting and expanding service, sales, and profit objectives along with directing and inspiring the staff and taking care of our customers.
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years experience in high volume, high-quality restaurants or hotels. Must be organized and enjoy frequent shifts in direction. Must love hospitality and taking care of others while still enamored with the joys of a busy restaurant.
