A family of 5 located in Pacific Heights is seeking a talented chef to join their family and provide them with delicious meals five days a week. We’re looking for a candidate who is experienced, creative, and has a passion for cooking with seasonal, fresh, and full-flavored ingredients. The perfect fit for this role will be dedicated to sourcing high-quality ingredients, including locally-sourced produce and proteins.
The food philosophy of the family is Italian and American cuisines. The family enjoys simple foods, like salmon, steak, soups, salads, omelets, and roasted chicken. 1 adult follows a dairy-free, pork free diet, and there are 3 children under the age of 17. Low ego and flexibility are of paramount importance when feeding kids and teenagers!
The family truly loves to wow their guests when entertaining– "Tweezer food" and spectacular presentations at events are welcomed and expected.
Daily Responsibilities:
Prepare breakfasts for Mr and Mrs
Staff Lunch
Family Dinner - Daily, served at 7:15PM for 8-10 people (the family uses warmers, so that they can drop in as their schedules allow, but they do aim to share a seated meal each night, together).
Weekly Responsibilities:
Fridge Restocking, twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays
