PRIVATE CHEF

Looking for an experienced chef to provide dinners 5 nights a week. Most nights will be dinner for two adults, but occasional dinners may include other family members. Additional hours may be requested to assist with prepping for larger holiday family meals. Also responsible for keeping the frig stocked with salad dressings, salad fixings, and ripe tasty fruit.

24 hours per week to include menu planning, shopping, food prep, and clean up. Flexible on how hours are divided. Minimum of 3 days per week at the house to produce hot meals, with 2 meals put in the frig for reheating. Or, can produce meals 5 days/week at the house. Monday through Friday. No weekends or holidays.

Looking for someone who can prepare clean, simple, delicious food that is thoughtfully presented and takes advantage of the abundance of great local ingredients. You should be focused on sourcing out high-quality ingredients, including locally farmed produce & proteins. Familiarity with a variety of cuisines is a must.

This is a permanent part-time job that we would hope would become a long term position. This position is for 10 months of the year. The couple heads up to their ranch in Montana every summer for 6-8 weeks, generally mid-June to mid-August.
