When COVID started, I founded a wholesale smoked fish production business in Napa. Now well established, business has taken off and I am looking for a part time person to train to assist with portioning, packing, labeling, and preparing recipes. $25 per hour to start. Will likely become a full time, Monday through Friday position as the business continues to grow. Cooking experience a plus, but we will train from scratch.
Physical requirements: You will be standing while you work. You must be able to comfortably lift fish boxes weighing 75 pounds.
