One Fish is led by Chef Edalyn Garcia. Chef spent many years in fine dining, including a 5 year run as Executive Sous Chef then Chef de Cuisine of the Village Pub. We are looking for someone to come in and work hard at a very fast paced environment. We cook with a ton of pride and integrity at one fish, we work hard, and have a lot of fun. As cooks we often run food, greet guests, fill waters, and assist the service staff when needed. In return we take a very large portion of the tip pool, as we essentially cut out bussers and hosts.
