This recruitment is currently being conducted to fill two Human Services Section Manager positions in the Human Services Department, one Economic Assistance Lobby and Administrative Section Manager in the Economic Assistance (EA) Division and one Administrative and Quality Improvement (AQI) Section Manager in the Family, Youth, and Children (FYC) division. About the Economic Assistance Lobby and Administrative Section Manager:
The Economic Assistance Lobby and Administrative Section Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lobby and administrative support units of the Economic Assistance Division, including managing a section of approximately 65 full-time and temporary employees. They will provide oversight and direction to a team of staff who are responsible for providing social work services to customers in the Paulin office lobby. The EA Section Manager will also work with the Economic Assistance management team on policy analysis and implementation planning that balances federal and state regulations with high quality client services and staff capacity.
About the Administrative and Quality Improvement (AQI) Section Manager:
The Administrative and Quality Improvement Section Manager is responsible for overseeing the Administrative and Quality Improvement Section of the Family, Youth, and Children Division. The section is comprised of management level administrative support, including day-to-day office support and facilitation of the Care Review program, Foster Care Eligibility, and Redwood Children’s Center. The AQI Section Manager will also collaborate with FYC's other Section Managers as well as the larger management team to plan for and meet all the agency’s ongoing business needs.
