Hybrid Telework - A schedule that meets the needs of our staff, department operations, and the communities we serve may be available depending on the assignment
Salary Advancement - A salary increase after 1,040 hours (6 months when working full-time) for good work performance; eligibility for a salary increase for good performance every year thereafter, until reaching the top of the salary range

Paid Parental Leave - May be eligible for up to 8 weeks (320 hours) after 12 months of County employment
Student Loan Debt Relief – County employees may be eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness through the U.S. Department of Education

Demonstrated history of providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management to staff or teams
Ability to foster a supportive and high-performing work environment
Active listening skills and empathy to better understand diverse perspectives
Experience leading/supervising HR staff
Effective facilitation skills, including the ability to manage group dynamics and create spaces for productive employee conversations
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage employees at all levels of the organization
Experience designing and implementing initiatives aimed at enhancing job satisfaction, morale, retention, and opportunities for professional growth
Expertise in mediation and addressing resolving workplace conflicts, with an understanding of restorative workplace practices to improve organizational climate
Experience designing and delivering training programs
Exceptional ability to plan, organize, and execute projects effectively while managing timelines, resources, and deliverables
Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and measure the effectiveness of initiatives
Demonstrated commitment to personal ongoing learning and professional development
