Responsibilities:
Greet patients and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment;
Conduct patient intake by collecting necessary information and verifying medical records;
Support staff and office organization and daily tasks;
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient flow within the clinic;
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care;
Address patient inquiries regarding services, procedures, and insurance coverage;
Assist with back-office pretesting;
Support retail sales efforts by promoting optical products and services;
Uphold compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality;
No experience necessary- (retail or customer service experience is a plus);
Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and customer service;
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple tasks efficiently;
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for maintaining accurate records;
Must be able to work on Saturdays;
