Live out, overnight female (only) aide for my sweet 53 year old daughter who has developmental delays.
$350/per night; shift is from 6:00pm - 10:00am the next day. Schedule non-negotiable
4 nights, Tuesday - Friday.
Job is permanent, full-time commitment.
Taxes deducted. Paychecks semi-monthly.
Duties consists mostly of supportive companionship, she likes to be independent with her personal care as much as possible. Assist in and out of tub/shower however. Assist with breakfast prep. She follows Weight Watcher plan, training provided. She eats healthy and hopes you do too.
She sleeps approximately 10:00pm - 7/8:00 am. Overnight aide sleeps in separate bedroom.
She has an easy going personality and has a great sense of humor. She loves watching Netflix in the evenings. She likes people who are soft spoken and easy going.
Requirements:
Previous paid experience in care giving.
Please be fit enough to manage stairs with ease.
Your well-being matters so please - no outside junk food/sodas for personal meals/snacks.
Covid, flu vax, updated boosters required.
No personal use of cell phones during work hours.
Mature easy going personality, used to responsibility.
Team spirit.
She lives in a modest condo in Novato Crossroads neighborhood, exit 101 S. Novato Blvd. Commuting from outside of Marin County may be challenging at 6:00pm so take that into consideration before applying.
