We are seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician with the following skills:
- Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills
- Gentle patient restraints
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records
- Phlebotomy and IV catheter placement
- Peri-operative care including intubation, general anesthesia induction and monitoring, surgical preparation, and post-operative monitoring
- Ability to collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure the highest standard of care for all patients
These skills are desirable but not mandatory, and training will be provided:
- Proficiency in performing ophthalmic diagnostic tests
- Proficiency in ventilator use
