We are a small, successful, customer driven licensed General Building Contractor looking for the right person to join our team. We are an employee-owned cooperative corporation providing residential remodel and room addition services to homeowners throughout Central Contra Costa County. We are a leader in custom remodeling and are known for a creative approach to design, a high level of quality, & outstanding customer service.
We are currently seeking a laborer who presents well, can interact with clients in a manner that reflects well on the company, has a strong work ethic, and has a demonstrated aptitude for learning the trades and developing problem-solving skills. This position is full-time, subject to work availability, and includes benefits.

QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate for the position will:
Have a demonstrated ability to follow instructions.
Have an aptitude for residential remodeling including: carpentry, plumbing and electrical.
Be able to communicate their ability to apply basic problem-solving skills to a variety of situations.
Have a history of taking on progressive responsibilities in previous work situations.
Be capable of working well with others and independently.
Enjoy the hands-on construction aspects of remodel work.
Be a mature individual with a strong work ethic and good attitude.
Be able to maintain a clean appearance and communicate with and treat customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Have excellent references.
Have reliable transportation.
