-Remodeling Background (Painting, Drywall, Plumbing and Electrical)
-Reliable Transportation (To move from job to job)
-Own tools.
-Bilingual (Spanish)
-Management Background (Run own crews, managed remodeling projects, Etc )
-Valid CA Driver's License

-Experience in Water Restoration and Mold Mitigation
-Experience elaborating estimates
-Tools and Equipment
