Connell Construction is a General Contractor based in Bodega Bay, CA.
We are currently looking to hire a journeyman carpenter for a foreman position. We are a small but growing business. With a small crew this is a bags on position. We’re looking for a foreman who is a team player and is willing to work through all aspects of construction. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their work and wants to grow with our company.
Most of our projects are in the west county area. We do a mixture of remodels and new construction.
Position Requirements:
1. 5-7 years of experience working as a carpenter with at least one reference.
2. Must have reliable transportation and a solid collection of tools. we do have larger tools such as chop saws and table saws at the sites.
3. Must have general knowledge of all other trades, enough to communicate with the subs.
Position Responsibilities:
1. The foreman is responsible for the overall flow of the job site. It is your responsibility to ensure the project stays on schedule.
2. You will be responsible for upholding our quality standards with the work produced.
3. Filling out daily logs keeping track of crew hours, sub hours, work completed ect
