East Bay landscape development is looking for Laborers in the construction industry specifically Landscaping. This is not a maintenance company we do not mow and blow. We are a construction company we only do new builds and renovations. Although you may not need experience in this field it is highly recommended to ensure your employment with East Bay landscape development. We do not tolerate unorganized people. Multiple no shows or unexcused absences will result in your immediate termination. We only want highly motivated individuals who are willing to learn the construction industry and to provide for themselves or their families the compensation currently is $20 per hour between $25 per hour. You will be on a 90-day probational period where there are no raises and at the end of these 90 days you will be evaluated for your final pay. We do not offer incremental raises based on time all raises are Performance Based and your earning capabilities and potential is not limited. The contractor is a very friendly but serious individual who loves to help people learn the construction industry and it's willing to take time out of his day to show the employees what is needed to be successful.
