At least 3 years of experience in family law is required. Above all, the ability to write well is a MUST for this position. We offer generous pay, performance bonuses (with modest minimum billable hours), great health and dental insurance, FSA account, retirement, etc. Remote work will also be available and the position can transition to FULL remote. However, you must be able to work at our Pleasanton office initially, at least until your abilities and organizational skills are determined.
Responsibilities include:
Drafting correspondence and legal documents of varying complexities
Conducting legal research
Appearing in court and litigating various aspects of family law matters
Attending settlement negotiations
Meeting with clients
Qualifications:
3+ years of family law experience
Must be able to work both independently and as a part of a team
Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and honest
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Must maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality
Must have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Clio, & Adobe
Must have reliable transportation
Candidates should be highly organized, communicative, and pro-active in managing tasks. The ability to prioritize and multitask is imperative.

The position comes with a comprehensive compensation package, ranging from $100-$150K base salary (depending on experience), plus comprehensive health & dental insurance, performance bonuses (w/modest min. billable hours), retirement, etc.
