General practice law firm in Marin County seeks full-time exempt Associate Attorney to assist with heavy litigation caseload and transactional matters.
No annual minimum billable hour requirement.
SALARY: $95,000 - $125,000+ (DOE), plus discretionary annual bonus. Firm offers growth opportunities and pay commensurate with abilities and performance.

Work hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
LOCATION: Hybrid (office / remote). Will consider 100% remote for the right candidate.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Active member of the California State Bar in good standing with 2-5+ years litigation experience. Must be eligible to work in the United States.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Case management from initial court filing through trial
- Client intake and consultations
- Heavy client contacts
- Court appearances
- Handle trials, arbitrations, and mediations
- Legal research and writing
- Law and motion, including drafting of pleadings
- Propound and respond to written discovery
- Depositions
- Communicate with opposing counsel, experts, and judicial officers
- Use of Clio, Box, Slack, Lawyaw, LexisNexis, CEB, Trellis, Zoom
