Siegwart German American Law, Inc. has an immediate full-time or part-time opening for a probate/trust attorney with at least four (4) years of relevant experience.
The ideal candidate has experience with petitions to administer estates, probate administration and related petitions as well as trust administration and related proceedings in probate court and must be in good standing with the State Bar of California. Proficiency with e-filing and local Bay Area court rules as well as case management and courtroom experience is required. We are looking for a motivated, proactive, detail oriented, dependable, and honest professional with excellent communication and team working skills.
You will have the opportunity to work with international clients on interesting cases. Benefits include 401k and paid vacation.
