Who: Bay Area Immigration Corp
Where: Financial District, San Francisco, CA
$20 - $23 an hour – Monday through Thursday
Requirements:
Bilingual/Spanish (Required)
Immigration law: 2 years (Required)
Compensation: Pay is based on experience (between $20-23) for the probationary 90 days
Employment type: Part-Time, Monday through Thursday, in person
Applicants who are not bilingual (english/spanish) will not be considered.
This is NOT a remote work position. Hours are: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday
You must have experience working in an office and be good with computers.
DAILY DUTIES CAN INCLUDE:
Phones: Answering all incoming calls for the firm. Creating tasks and passing on detailed messages.
Answer Phones
Provide administrative support to the attorneys and Legal Assistants
Communicate with Clients, via Phone, by zoom, in-person, or Email
Occasionally type/translate 1-page documents from Spanish to English.
Manage web-based appointment calendar (scheduling and re-scheduling appointments)
Filing, Copying, Scanning, or other projects as assigned
We use Microsoft 365 & Zoom, Clio, and Docketwise
