Anderson Zeigler, an established and highly regarded Santa Rosa law firm, is accepting applications for a skilled full-time Family Law Paralegal. Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, custody, child and spousal support, and domestic violence matters.
Draft, edit and file legal documents.
Provide administrative support and manage case calendars, deadlines, and attorney schedules.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and other professionals.
Organize, review and summarize case documents including financial disclosures and discovery materials.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience as a certified paralegal, specifically in family law.
Strong knowledge of California family law procedures, court rules and forms.
Knowledge of Sonoma County Family Court systems and local rules preferred.
Proficiency in legal software and electronic tools (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat).
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
We offer a competitive salary that depends on experience and ranges from $60,000 to $90,000, as well as a benefits package, along with a great working environment.
