Our client, a leading contract furniture dealership focused on commercial interiors is currently searching for Account Coordinators for their SF office.
About the Role:
Maintain ongoing relationship with clients(s) and help manage day-to-day communication and additional furniture needs
Manage small house accounts or repeat client requests
Attend deliveries, as necessary, and assist in preparing project schedules, working with installation companies on logistics, and communicating with the client, designer, and general contractor on the status of the order and anticipated ship dates
Work with the Account Coordination team in identifying creative ancillary solutions and presentations that meet the budget and aesthetic requirements of the client and the designer
Work with the Account Coordinator to provide furniture budgets and furniture quotations
Effectively communicate with clients, architects, and furniture representatives
Attend weekly sales meetings and vendor presentations to stay current on product information
About You:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in corporate retail or a creative setting
A Bachelor's Degree
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to details
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proactive teammate with excellent communication skills
Positive and upbeat personality
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
Experience with InDesign and Photoshop a plus
