Overview: Join our dynamic team and help drive our mission forward as a Business Development Manager. We are looking for a motivated individual to foster collaborations with our Sales Team by developing strategic account objectives for both new and existing customers worldwide.
Education: A BS in Engineering is desirable but not required.
Responsibilities:
Engage in and contribute to various n&k business initiatives, focusing on identifying new customer needs.
Identify new potential leads that align with n&k’s product lines.
Strategically promote and present n&k’s technology and products by customizing value propositions to meet the specific needs of each account.
Communicate with new and existing customers through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, emails, or online meetings.
Provide detailed internal reports on strategic planning and business performance for specific accounts, and actively participate in Customer Support and Sales meetings.
Interface with local Representatives.
Act as the primary liaison to key accounts, offering support to the existing n&k customer installed base.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of the semiconductor manufacturing industry and its players.
Customer-centric with a passion for excellence in “trust” selling and constructive communication.
Proactive and highly organized with a proven ability to multi-task in a challenging environment.
Team player with a “CAN DO” attitude and mentality. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and diverse culture.
Technical writing skills and proficiency in English.
