We are looking for a motivated and creative Entry-Level Production Artist to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for recent graduates or those starting their careers in graphic design and digital art. The ideal candidate will have basic graphic design skills and be familiar with design software and tools. In this position, you will work closely with our sales team to create visually compelling designs that support our branding and marketing strategies. You will also participate in the production process, utilizing state-of-the-art equipment such as digital cutters/routers, wide-format printers, laser engravers, and vinyl plotters to create a diverse range of signage. Strong attention to detail and project management skills are essential, as you will manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Knowledge of production techniques and large-format printing is a plus. This position offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and creative environment.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute creative concepts for various projects, including wide format printing, architectural design, and sign display.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) to create stunning visuals that meet project specifications.
Manage color theory and typography effectively to enhance visual communication.
Assist in the production manufacturing, graphic design, and layouts for print formats.
Use state of the art machines for the production of signs. (i.e digital cutter / router, laser engraver, wide format printers and vinyl plotter.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) is essential.
Basic understanding of printing principles and visual design techniques.
Basic knowledge of color management, typesetting and layout design.
Basic understanding of hand tools.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds unassisted.
Ability to communicate clearly.
Strong attention to detail with a passion for creativity and innovation.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
