The DeBurring Specialists are responsible for finishing product per written and verbal instructions. This process takes great care since dimensions; cosmetics and function of the customer components are involved.
Reports To
The DeBurring Specialist reports directly to the Shipping /Finishing Manager .
The Schedule is Monday through Thursday 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Responsibilities
Assumes responsibility for finishing product to meet customer specifications regarding cosmetics, dimensions and functionality.
Reviews traveler, set-up instructions, drawings, inspection forms and any other relevant documentation for each job.
Follows written and verbal instructions from supervisor.
Performs these tasks in an efficient and effective manner.
Maintains a clean and organized work area at all times.
Makes suggestions to Production Manager regarding potential improvements.
Ensures compliance with ISO 9001 and all governmental regulations.
Performs other Duties as assigned by the Shipping /Finishing Manager.

Job Qualifications
General Requirements
The DeBurring Specialist must have the skills and experience to operate equipment in a safe, efficient and accurate manner. They must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with other team members ensuring instructions are clear and concise. Because of safety and equipment risk it is important that Deburr employees are at an appropriate skill level.
Skills Required
Must have sufficient experience with tools to operate in a safe and efficient manner.
Preferably candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience but can be an entry level position.
Must have good communication skills both written and verbal.
Must be very detailed oriented with good personal organizational skills.
Should be able to train others in the process of finishing.
Must have good manual dexterity and be able to lift 27lbs.
Should have experience in an ISO 9001 environment, 13485 would be helpful.
