Join Our Team as a Facilities Associate!
Location: Petaluma, CA (Onsite, Full-Time)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 5:30AM-1:30PM, 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $20-24/hr.
Are you ready to make a difference in a dynamic work environment? We’re looking for a dedicated Facilities Associate to join our team and help keep our facility in top shape!
Key Responsibilities:
Clean & Maintain: Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and vacuum indoor office areas.
Trash Management: Gather and empty trash from various areas.
Restroom Upkeep: Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
Stock Management: Maintain cleaning supplies and consumables.
Grounds-keeping: Keep sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and planters tidy.
Support Maintenance: Assist the Maintenance department as needed.
Non-Routine Cleaning: Complete special cleaning tasks as required.
Safety Compliance: Follow safety rules and ergonomic practices.
Tool Maintenance: Keep tools and equipment in good condition.
Qualifications:
Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
Forklift experience is a plus!
Familiarity with hand tools (vacuums, mops, brooms).
Understanding of ladder safety.
Experience with spill response and spill kits.
General plumbing knowledge.
This position is temp-to-hire, offering you the opportunity to transition into a permanent role. During the temp-to-hire period, you will be paid weekly and become eligible for agency benefits after 30 days of employment, including:
