Job Title: Premium Flower Production Assistant
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: $19/hour
Join our team of Production Assistants at a premium flower facility in Santa Rosa. Dark Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading flower brand, to find individuals who share a commitment to excellence in the industry.
Job Summary:
As a Production Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in creating Grade A flower prerolls and packaging products that showcase the best of premium flower. Your attention to detail and passion for producing high-quality products will be essential in meeting the standards set. You'll work in a collaborative environment alongside experienced professionals who are deeply rooted in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with the production head to follow production processes
-Assist in grinding and rolling premium flower into prerolls
-Sort packaging materials, apply stickers, and complete the finishing touches on prerolls and packaged products
-Collaborate with the production team to maintain a smooth workflow and meet production targets
-Uphold cleanliness and compliance standards in the production area
Requirements:
-A strong passion for premium flower and a keen attention to detail
-Previous experience in production or a related field is a plus
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
-Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities
-Must be 21 years or older to work with premium flower
