Accounting/Admin for small construction company

We are looking for an energetic candidate who loves to multi task doing office duties and accounting duties. We are a small company and have to work together to make the office run smoothly. Duties include providing customer service by phone and emails. Office management keeping inventory of office and kitchen supplies stocked. Job costing and invoicing, preparing estimates for clients, paying vendor bills and general bookkeeping using Quickbooks and processing weekly payroll and weekly bank deposits.

Experience in construction or related field is helpful. Knowledge of MS Office and Quickbook is required as well as a proficiency in use of Excel and Word. Benefits include PTO, paid insurance for self and a casual work environment. Send resume.
