NOW HIRING - Administrative Aide/Clerk of the Board of Directors
The Southern Marin Fire Protection District (SMFD) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrative Aide/Clerk of the Board of Directors to join our team. Must be passionate about working in public service. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of office administrative work, proficient in a variety of software programs, and substantial experience with public administration.
ADMINISTRATIVE AIDE:
Under general direction, is a confidential employee, who performs administrative duties, providing advanced level administrative support, such as phones, reception, supporting the District Chiefs and personnel, document-processing and records management. Must have a basic working knowledge of computers and programs, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Google Suite, Zoom meetings, etc. Knowledge of software such as Granicus-PEAK, ERS, CrewSense, Target Solutions, MITEL phone system, or similar products is highly desired. This position reports directly to the Deputy Fire Chief.
