ADMIN ASSISTANT
Full-time Admin Assistant
Our client, an established commercial real estate local company is looking for a personable, organized andambitious Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at their financial district San Francisco office. It's a smaller office with a family style way of working together. Their ideal candidate would have at least 2 years experience in an administrative role with anopportunity to grow within the company.
Responsibilities
1. Provide admin support to CFO by managing schedules, phone calls, emails and
coordinating meetings and taking meeting minutes.
2. Perform general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, answering phone, office mail, order/organize/refill office supplies.
3. Maintaining and updating company contact list and contracts.
4. Assisting Accounting team by scanning invoices into Quicken/Quickbooks.
5. Develop and maintain a filing system and update company databases/documents
onto the cloud.
6. Managing 1 residential property account on Quicken.
(includes data entry, issue checks, bank reconciliations, Cash Flow reports)
7. Run errands and accommodating personal requests if needed.

Education and Training Requirements
- At least 2 years of administrative work experience
- MS Office Proficient (Esp: Word, Excel Sheets)
- Preferred experience in Quicken software but not a requirement
