We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated administrative assistant to join our property management office team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administrative roles and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Handling paperwork and filing documents
- Assisting property managers with various tasks
- Liaising with clients and vendors
- Providing general administrative support to the office
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
