Administrative Assistant – Part Time
The Administrative Executive Assistant reports to the CEO and supports general administration, events and individual matters. The successful candidate must be able to handle confidential matters and must be well organized in managing complex tasks with a positive attitude. Responsibilities include the following:
1. Work closely with CEO to manage daily operations including office matters, customers and executive contacts.
2. Develop executive contacts for strategic partnerships in corporate, government and universities.
3. Support office administration to create a positive working environment.
4. Develop digital presence for the company and support website, social media (including facebook, twitter, youtube, Linkedin).
The successful candidates should meet the following requirements:
1. Possess strong work ethics and commitment to the business.
2. Possess excellent skills in verbal and written communication.
3. Have work experience in technology company.
4. Have 2-5 years of experience in administration with a BA degree.
