Established 1977, specialty General Contractor in Vallejo, CA seeks an Administrative Assistant for our small office team. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting day-to-day office functions, which include: accounts payable, project management, customer service, and other clerical responsibilities. There will be opportunities to learn new skills with career advancement potential.
Experience working in construction industry or public sector is highly preferred. Prior experience working with Project Managers/Estimators as an assistant a plus.
Requirements:
- Must have proficient computer skills; demonstrated ability in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to prioritize and multiātask in a fast paced work environment
- Able to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision
- Ability to learn quickly, understand frameworks and processes

Recommended Experience:
- Construction accounting experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be highly organized with the ability to work in a dynamic team environment
- High priority will be given to candidates who have had 2+ years experience at construction firm
