Duties include (but not limited to)
-Answering company phones communicating with clients, employees, vendors, sales representatives
-Managing daily employee attendance clock in/out digital timecards
- Managing daily job reports for each project
- Managing weekly safety reports for each project
-Assists with filing documentation
-Prepares contract folders with all required documents
-Prepare and manage project documentation binders for all projects
-Material orders - tracking material orders for all open projects, keeping open job binders updated with current information as needed
-Assists with general office organization and paperwork
-Assists the field representatives by taking care of calls to customers, appointment setting, coordination of vendors and contractors
-Generating final closeout documents and owners manuals for client projects
-Assisting owner in everyday general tasks and requirements
-Must be able to work with multiple clients and jobs at one time, must be able to multitask sufficiently. must be able to work flexible hours if needed or required
-Safety OSHA Management for employees
-Ability to go to meetings and job site when required to meet with employees and clients
-HR management for employees
-English / Spanish speaking a plus
-Good computer skills, Microsoft Office and Excel
-Experience in construction
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Experience working with construction field / office setting
-Professional and confident phone etiquette
-Able to work independently as well as a team environment
-Good written and oral communication skills
-Must have valid driver license with good record
-Be willing to submit to a background check and drug test.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
