CLEANERIFIC is currently seeking a full-time experienced Administrative Assistant, that has previous OFFICE experience, to become part of our team in our Bernal Heights office. The ideal candidate must possess at least 3 years of office experience and the following criteria and skill set:
- Have strong computer skills and must know all aspects of Google Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Be able to work independently
- Need to possess strong sales skills, customer service, and management.
- Flexible. Able to deal with a changing environment.
- Strong oral communication skills: Listens well and has good verbal skills with customers, team members and management
- Enthusiasm to learn about our service will be as beneficial to you as it is to us.
- Spanish is a plus
This is a 25-hour a week roll - no weekends required. Potential for more hours once skill and responsibilities increase.
This is an in-person position and can’t be performed remotely. Our office is located in San Francisco.
Job Duties include but are not limited to answering phones, email, scheduling.
