Sallmann, Yang & Alameda, a Public Accounting Firm, is currently seeking a full-time experienced Administrative Assistant, that has previous accounting firm experience, to become part of our team in our Pleasanton office. The firm embraces new and innovative ways of working with our clients and embraces technological changes in order to keep our clients on the cutting edge. The ideal candidate must possess 3 to 5 years accounting office experience and the following criteria and skill set:
Have strong computer skills and must know all aspects of Microsoft Office
Have the ability to meet deadlines and time budgets
Need to possess positive and strong written and verbal communication skills
Be able to work independently
Be able to work overtime when necessary
Ability to multi-task
Be a team player
Job Duties include but are not limited to answering phones, filing, client correspondence, assisting staff with special projects and heavy client contact. The ideal candidate will be required to work approximately 50 hours per week during the months of February through April 15th.
