Brooks Motor Cars, a certified luxury vehicle auto body repair shop, specializing in Land Rover, Maserati, Mercedes Benz, Aston Martin, etc.
Front Desk CSR will be responsible for the following duties:
- Answer all incoming phone calls, providing new and existing customer information, forward
calls to appropriate team members
- Greet incoming customers and vendors; providing assistance to customer related to new collision
repair or existing
- Order and maintain all office supplies
- Receive all mail; sort and distribute
- Reconcile invoices with statement; submit all invoices and statement to the regional business
office for payment
- Call insurance company on open A/R
- Process all deposit with online banking and upload supporting documents
Requirements:
- Front Desk Administrative Skills - minimum 2 years
- Previous Body shop Front Office experience - highly preferred
- Knowledge of CCC - preferred
- Good Computer Skills; Excel, Word and Google Search
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Excellent command of the English language
- Ability to write email, detail notes and verbally communicate concerns
- Must have verifiable rights to work in United States
